Identify potential hazards that may arise through the activities of EEPCL, to assess the risk arising from these and to institute effective control measures to minimize the risk.
Implement appropriate Safe Systems of Work to prevent accidents, injury and health impairment of all
persons affected by the activities of EEPCL and promote a culture of safety consciousness.
Provide the necessary resources for the implementation and management of its health, safety and environmental system.
Comply fully with all statutory and contractual Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are communicated, understood and implemented where third party arrangements exist.
Provide relevant information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure competence of all Employees.
Integrate health and safety responsibilities into everyday working practices and Managerial responsibilities and to continually review, improve and update the policy so that all important and relevant legislation, codes of practice and guidance are taken into account, where appropriate.
Promote good Safety Leadership behaviour through clearly communicating expectations and responsibilities, and by listening to feedback that supports continuous improvement.
Monitor, inspect and conduct safety audits to ensure effective management of health and safety throughout EEPCL operations.
Establish arrangements to properly address emergency situations and for reporting Accidents and Incidents. Provide safe working conditions and equipment to minimize or eliminate incidents.
Consult with Employees on HSE management and performance. Ensure safe handling and transportation of harmful substances.

Quality Policy
Executive Engineering Procurement & Construction Ltd commits to provide project management and construction services to the oil & gas, petrochemical and civil infrastructure industries and will:

Our Statement
- All Projects shall be constructed in accordance to all Codes, Standards, Regulations and contractual specification.
- A Quality Plan (QP) shall be developed and implemented to ensure compliance with Project specified requirements.
- The Quality System will consist of our Quality Manual, Quality
Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
The Quality Plan will be modified to accommodate changes and all revisions shall be approved by Management together with our Quality Manager.

Engineering & Design Compliance Our company is proud to be associated with major key professional staff to assist for projects including best engineers, safety officers, architects, artisans and quantity surveyors.
Construction Compliance We have a large span of builders, tillers, painters, carpenters, brick layers and staff for any Engineering construction projects. The experience level from our team is immense and no job will be too big for our company.
HSE and QA/QC Compliance We are STOW certified in Trinidad and have adapted with many of our Clients systems to successfully complete projects on time, within budget and to the best safety and quality standards.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and commitment to improving the technical skills of the human capital, we are in the process of implementing a program for graduates from the local University and persons from the community and its environ, to have them operate as under-studies to our well experienced staff and companies with which we are associated with for professional training and development.
